Stop Being Told You Look "Tired."

The eyes are the first feature people notice, and unfortunately, they are also the first area of the face to show signs of aging. As skin loses elasticity and underlying fat pads shift, you may develop heavy, drooping upper eyelids or deep, puffy bags underneath. This creates a permanent expression of exhaustion or sadness, even when you feel vibrant and energetic.

Standard creams and facials cannot remove excess skin or reposition fat. Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery) is a highly specialized, permanent surgical solution that restores a bright, alert, and refreshed contour to your eyes.

"We do not change the shape of your eyes. We simply remove the heavy curtain of age, allowing your natural vibrance to shine through."

Targeted Rejuvenation

Eyelid surgery is highly customized to your specific anatomy.

👁️

Upper Blepharoplasty

Targets the upper eyelid. Over time, excess skin folds over the natural crease of the eye, sometimes even resting on the eyelashes and impairing peripheral vision (hooding).

  • Removes the heavy, hooded skin.
  • Restores the crisp, natural eyelid crease.
  • Makes applying eye makeup smooth and easy again.
  • Incision is hidden perfectly within the natural fold.

Lower Blepharoplasty

Targets the "bags" and dark shadows beneath the eyes. These bags are actually orbital fat pads that have bulged forward due to weakening ligaments.

  • Removes or repositions the bulging fat pads.
  • Smooths out the transition from the eye to the cheek.
  • Eliminates the permanent "exhausted" shadow.
  • Often performed with a "Scarless" (Transconjunctival) technique.

The Art of Micro-Precision

The skin of the eyelid is the thinnest on the human body. It requires the absolute, steady hand of an M.Ch. Plastic Surgeon. Too much fat removal results in a hollow, "skeletal" look. Dr. Pawan focuses on tissue repositioning rather than just excision.

The Hidden Upper Incision

For the upper eyelid, the micro-incision traces the exact natural crease of your eye. Once fully healed, the fine line is essentially invisible when your eyes are open.

The Transconjunctival Approach

For lower eyelid fat removal, Dr. Pawan frequently uses the transconjunctival technique. The tiny incision is made completely inside the lower eyelid. This means there is absolutely zero external scar on your face.

Fat Repositioning

Instead of just cutting the fat away, Dr. Pawan often slides the orbital fat down into the "tear trough" (the hollow groove below the bag), flawlessly blending the cheek and the eye.

The Complete Eye Revival

A surgical lift removes the physical baggage, but true rejuvenation requires addressing skin texture and lost volume. Dr. Pawan combines his surgical expertise with advanced MedSpa technologies for unparalleled results.

Surgical Excision

Meticulously removing the drooping skin and bulging fat pads that are physically weighing down the eye.

Nano-Fat Transfer

Purifying your own body fat to fill in deep, skeletal hollows around the brow bone and upper cheeks to restore youthful volume.

Femto CO2 Laser

Utilizing our 70W RF laser to instantly shrink-wrap the lower eyelid skin and erase fine "crow's feet" wrinkles without a scalpel.

Recovery & Surgical Insights

Is this an outpatient procedure?
Yes, Blepharoplasty is a highly comfortable day-care procedure. It can be performed under local anesthesia with sedation (you are awake but very relaxed) or short general anesthesia. You will go home the same day.
Will I have "black eyes" after surgery?
Bruising and swelling are entirely normal and expected. You may look as though you have a "black eye" for the first 3 to 5 days. We provide specialized cooling masks to minimize this. Most bruising fades significantly by day 7 to 10, easily covered with makeup.
Is my vision affected?
Your actual eyesight is never affected by this surgery. However, your eyes may feel dry, itchy, or light-sensitive for the first week. We will provide specialized lubricating eye drops to keep you comfortable. If you had severe upper hooding, you will actually notice an improvement in your peripheral vision.
When can I wear contacts and makeup again?
You must wear glasses instead of contact lenses for the first 10 to 14 days to avoid pulling on the eyelid. Eye makeup (like mascara and eyeliner) can usually be resumed 10 days after the surgery, once the incisions have fully closed.
